Ehm once you have sended it you can't change your mind and change anything, once submitted is submitted forever.

Ask @SideBySide and he will re-grant you access to your application if he finds that this is true. The reason I didn't put a different admin is because unon did it for me.

As far as I know if you send an application with something not filled in at all it won't send and you can still apply but you have to do it. If you exit out and can't get back the link you'll have to start all over. I'd recommend asking an admin if you didn't correctly finish all of it (meaning you did them but didn't do all filled in correctly, only parts)
