i need help!

hey- so i'm having a problem. it's only happening on this server when i try to join creative. a message pops up, and i've tried doing so many things. here's a picture.
does anyone know what to do to fix it?

Ok I was reading around and the error appears to lie within the following; your Internet, your chunks, your version, any mods you may have and your location.

I couldn't find a definite fix, so if none of these work I apologise.

First, try joining in a different version without any mods installed and see if you can connect.
If you can't connect, consider using an Ethernet cable to connect to your router instead of wireless and then try again.
Your chunk settings may be too high, try lowering it.
If you still can't connect, you should reinstall minecraft and try again.
Try joining from a different router, if possible.
Are you joining through the creative IP or the ranked IP? Try joining creative directly to see if it's your location in the lobby by connecting to creative.mcpz.net

Again, sorry if these don't work, I couldn' find a definite fix though these are what most people suggested was the issue.
