Have you tried /link <email>. If this doesn't work contact an admin. Also pets are temporally down. I think this is due to lag.
Click on the envelope/mail button at the top right and then click start a conversation. If I was in your situation (which I have been) I would contact iGR and Euthenics. Write what's happening and then send it off. Currently I think Euthenics is in bed so be patient! Your rank will come soon. Don't worry!
The pets do not show up because of lag.. 
I was wondering the same thing! Go into the customiser in the lobby to activate.. I don't think it will show up though.. Currently..

Also, pets are temporarily disabled due to the lag they would create when players would have them out. They were also a bit buggy, so instead of having them run with a bunch of issues, we disabled them altogether to prevent more damage being done.

with question 1. link your email in lobby and if it doesnt work within 24hrs contact an admin.
