Perhaps explain what you want and I might be able to do it lol. I'm not a great artist, and I don't have special effects programs like Photoshop, etc. However, I am somewhat familiar with Corel Painter Essentials and FireAlpaca.
Just explain what you have in mind and I might be able to help, and I might not. Thanks :)
