There was a hacker in a lobby the other day. There was also an owner and an admin in the same lobby. I think they should have banned this person. They were not a rank and they were clearly flying. I was also saying this multiple times in chat. I just wanted to state this out. No further. Have a nice day! :D
 
Admins and the Owner are very busy, and often do not have time to deal with server moderation issues. That's why we have Mods and Helpers after all. However, the moderation team cannot be in all places at once either. Instead of getting mad, it is best to screenshot it and report it so the mods know about the rulebreaker. :)

The owner and admins frequently are more than often not here. While they may be logged in, they generally are working on things behind the scenes, making them more busy than most staff you've probably encountered. The next time you see a hacker, please take screenshots or a video and report them on the forums! We are their back up staff, you guys get to help out too! When staff can't always catch every hacker and every rule breaker in the entire server and the mini games, they rely on non-staff like us to get evidence and report them to staff!

The majority of the tine administrators and the owner are online but working on something else (that would kill my cpu tbh) Some admins are very active tho and GIGO (the owner) is always afk. My advice is to spam em' on Twitter - usually works
 
Absol, Gigosaurs was literally walking around the lobby. I don't think he was AFK. Teamplayer was AFK but Gigosaurs wasn't.

Still could've been working behind the scene's testing things out, or maybe had her chat off so no one would annoy her while she is busy
 
Thats why if any Admin or Owner is busy, we have other staff. You can also gather evidence the user was hacking and report them on the forums. Please ask a staff member for further information on how to report someone.

I was there. He was walking, but he kept stopping for a while. I think he was testing something.

It's a a general thing that gigo generally doesn't help with staffing- he stays behind the scenes with coding and helping the server run. I believe he usually has his chat off or he ignores it because he's generally working.

Our Administration team is always busy working on new things, and doesn't always have time to watch hackers. If you ever see a hacker, we strongly encourage you to make a User Report or message a staff member in-game.

I also did that. I have tons of evidence of hackers, exploiters, you name it. I don't know how to get to my screenshots!
