I don't have a signature or start conversation button?

I know this is weird, but since I got helper, I don't have a start conversation button or a change signature button... It used to be there, but now it's not. Any help?

I see conversations, but try clicking personal details for signature editing maybe?

It could be a permissions bug, ask other helpers if they have it. If they don't, then it's probably a permission on the forum that got screwed up here and there to not allow "Helper" ranked members change their signatures.

If they can, however, there's no way that I can think of to fix it.

I'm not sure why you don't have the Signature option. I don't have a start conversation button in that menu either i have it in this one: http://gyazo.com/62de6868770aaaddec48a854a476dc2e

U have tryed clicking this mail button right? Then it comes a up with a menu and click start conversation?
