I can't join Creative

Hi,so,
I have a problem where I can't join creative. I either get sent back to the lobby and get the message: "The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server" or I get kicked from MCPZ and it says "[Proxy] Lost connection to server." I don't know how to fix it. Please help.

What version are you using?

If you're not using 1.12.2, I recommend using it because this version provides best results. Others have had this issue and it was fixed when they switched to 1.12.2.
