I can't apply for helper

I wanted to apply for helper. I'm of the age that I need but it wont allow me to apply. What should I do?

You don't have VIP on the forums or enough trophy points to apply for helper. If you have VIP in game, do /link <email address that you used to sign up for the forums>. If you don't have VIP in game, you need it in order to apply for helper. You also need 25 trophy points, which you can earn by posting messages and getting likes on the forums.
