GOODBYE WE ARE NO LONGER FRIENDS

He literally tried to kill Harry at least once, his family is full of Death Eater swine, and he did a ton of other things like cursing a girl, stealing things, etc.
But some of those things he was forced to do.

Except for the part where he could have stood up for what was right and not followed Voldemort. I'm fully aware that he "changed" at the end even though his family ran away like they always do. Yeah, he got married and had a kid(s?), and that's cool. But the idea of putting him and Harry in a relationship is absurd.

It's unfair to judge him on his views when that was how he was brought up. Harry and Draco were both young boys brought up on different sides of the war, they both had different upbringings and they were literally just teenagers, just teens. In the last book, Draco didn't call out Harry when they were captured at Malfoy Manor and in the final Battle he threw Harry his wand to fight with.

Additionally the love/hate relationship between Harry and Draco is absolutely amazing, you don't know what you're missing out on o3o but more for us I guess

100% incorrect. That was a deleted scene from the final movie. Emphasis on "deleted" because it strayed so far from what the original novels stated.

I get that Draco didn't call out Harry in Malfoy Manner, but his face was also changed and he would have been in a lot of pressure. I understand also that Narcissa helped Harry, but it was only because she wanted to make sure her own snot of a kid was still alive.

Sure, there are good arguments for both sides. But that doesn't give Harry any good reason to go out with Draco. That would be like me suddenly deciding to love a guy who's been unkind to me for several years. It just doesn't make any sense.

I'm tired of arguing about this lmbo

3 words. Twist Of Fate.

Draco and Harry would have been great friends if not brought up, as Dizzeh said, On "Different sides of the war", because all the way through the books (and in the movies you can tell more by the way Malfoy says / acts to things), Malfoy is seen as a boy, a teenager, who is scared of voldemort despite being 'chosen' by him himself. Malfoy doesn't want to be bad and that's seen in Dumbledore's death, where he doesn't want to do it and so Snape steps in (like Dumbledore asked him to as seen later in the story) to kill him. Malfoy was given a lucky escape of death by Voldemort in the first place, since Voldemort would have thought the wand was Draco's and killed him for that reason.

Draco is scared of his own 'master' and doesn't want to be bad - but he has to, because his parents are, and because he was 'chosen'.

EDIT: When @Emviar said 'incorrect' all I could think of is this:

I'm going to have to stop you right there. Though JK Rowling may have said at one point that she regretted pairing Ron and Hermione, she also said that it would have been to obvious if it had been Hermione and Harry. Personally, I love Ginny and Harry in the books, in the movies, well everything is worse in the movies.
I SHIP VOLDEMORT X VOLDEMORT
