How do they make your skin change while playing murder?

What do you mean it's annoying? In murder, you get secret identities so you don't know who everyone is and it makes it more fun!
They use command blocks synced up into a system where it uses /nick - this will disguise the player the command block loop is locked into, disguising them via name and skin.
Also, I think it's funner with the nicknames and different skins because it could also affect gameplay if people didn't have them, like those trolls who always go after YouTubers in their recordings, too.

Command blocks? Are you sure? I thought this is a bukkit server and it is easier to code these things than using command blocks.
You see, MCPZ made their own Custom Murder plugin. I don't really know how they do it, But ill give you the most Simple Answer I can give.
When you start, It gives you a random nickname. And have you ever disguised as a player? Based on the IGN (Username) that you are, The skin changes along with it.

I'm not really sure, as I'm not exactly a command block red stone nor plugin master, I just said what I believed it was. In the code it probably has something to do with a /nick - which is why they can only make skins and such. Not sure how but there's probably a lot of smart work which I can't do.
Pretty sure they don't use command blocks as it's a lot of waste ;3 Coding is way better to do and you can do way more with it than with command blocks as far as I know ;3
Meh, like I said, I don't dabble into plugins nor red stone. I prefer writing or murdering people. 
This is probably a question for gigosaurus considering nobody really would know unless they're a developer. And as you can see, I am most certainly not one and probably will never be one

This is for Murder to become compatible with player's using version 1.8 and there are many features and ideas that Gigo had to scarifies so that Murder can be played by player's using 1.8.
