How Do I earn Points?

I'd Like to apply for helper but I Don't understand how you get points! Sorry for all the Questions I'm fairly new to Forums Sorry!

Basically, you just earn points by posting and being on the forums, you have 10 already.

Sophiee summed it up, most trophies are from posting messages or gaining likes. Others from being signed up on the forums for a certain amount of time.
