How did I lose my rank?

It's worth emailing [email protected] with your transaction ID you were sent when you purchased your rank.
Guys I have tried many times to relog and it never worked. I even logged out of my account and logged back in and it wont work.
You should actually email [email protected] it isn't a website.I tried to [email protected] and the website will not work. I will never get my rank will I?
Please contact an Admin. Also the account "Ashqr" does not have the previous name "BryanStrqfes"
You can't bring it over to another account it can only be placed on one account.
I guess if they haven't got their rank yet they could prove that they're the other person and have it placed on that one instead. But yea, like Heem said you can't transfer ranks between alt accounts etc.
To contact this email you need to log onto your initial email website, e.g. Gmail, Outlook etc. (This 'tutorial' will be based around Gmail, since that's mine.) First, you log in with your email on gmail etc. Secondly, you click on the "COMPOSE" button as shown below.
After clicking on this, a prompt will pop-up, as shown below;
Here, you insert the MCPZ support email ([email protected]) and add necessary title. There will be an example shown below, which will consist of a brief explanation of an "issue" so you get a good understanding of what you might need to say. Also, you must show full proof that you did purchase the item, otherwise no action can take place.;
After you've followed these steps, wait patiently for a response from the Team, and soon enough the issue should be resolved. Hope this helps c:
