Why is it that every time I play a murder game, my rank goes up only 00.01% and when I shoot the murderer or win as the murderer it doesn't move at all?

This will either be because you're in a spot where it's really hard to upgrade your rank as you're competing in a competitive section of the ranks, or it will be because of your statistics. It's hard to upgrade your rank if you have a bad win/death ratio and if you have bad karma.
