Lack of Interest Helper Suggestion

May I ask why is it necessary to be a VIP or higher to be a helper? I cannot really afford a rank, but would love to become a staff member.

May we please remove this requirement?

I do see, but even if you don't have a rank doesn't mean you don't have dedication.

That is true, but this is a safe way of them assuring that you won't leave out of the blue. People who donate tend to get on more and stay longer than those who do not donate.

Another possible amendment to that logic is that it keeps them from being flooded from people who literally just joined for requests to be staff

If you purchase a Rank for the server it shows you're willing to help the server through your donation and it shows you will be sticking around on the server for a long time. Also, as jediijoe said, it does keep the applications more organized.
