Everytime I try to check how many replies there are on my Helper application, it doesn't show up. My friends have told me what it looks like and everything. I just get this though.

Weird, I think if you go to your 'postings' then search for it you should see it for other users, they can't.
You will not be able to see your application once it has been submitted.
You will receive an email from an HMod with the results of the app about 2 weeks since you sent it.

She means the part where it says if it's still in progress, how many views, the last person to comment and how many comments are on it. Of course, you can't see the application, but you can see the general stats.
I think @AngryRena is correct i think they have changed it to where you can see when you Submit because i also cant see how mine is going. @Snuwy might be able to help with this when she is available :3
If I'm noticing a pattern, it may be people who are ex staff (Me + Jake), though there are some who have never been staff who can view them.
