I'm 10 and I'm 5'4, personally I just eat a lot of fruit, I found out vegetables just help your heart, not your growth. I'd personally recommend you also drink a lot of concentrated juice (Juice with water in))but all bodies are different so it at not work as well with you as it did for me Tell me your results please so I can see how well it works lol
