Has anyone noticed?

This might not be a "new" hub as however it my be an old hub design that never was used. It could perhaps just bean add on to the hub we have now. You cannot be SURE it is anything new unless confirmed by a member of staff that knows about this hub. For all we know this might not even be a hub.
 
I have never noticed. Now i'm super existed for the new update xD
