You have to be atleast 11 or a year older to get the rank here is all the commands you can do with the rank
/emote create
/tp
/windgardium leviosa [player] ( this command will allow you to levitate things)
//wand
/invisibility [player]
/nox [this will allow you to have light on you]
/lumos maxima [player] [the lumos maxima will allow you to shoot a bright light were you are at]
I see a lot of problematic issues with this suggestion if it were to be implemented, as already said above.
/emote create

More or less, allowing players to create emotes is implemented. We have suggestions on the forums where anyone can suggest an emote. This also gives us insight into what the community would want based on a general audience.
By giving players access to create their own emotes...:
1) They can be easily abused and made into something either directly inappropriate or indirectly inappropriate for the general audience of PartyZone.
2) It limits the option of receiving feedback on these emotes.
↦ As an example, I remember not too long ago we had a controversial emote which upset quite a few players. Without having feedback, it would not have been directly brought to our attention nor discussed amongst players of the community.
//wand

Wand is a world edit perk, given to Elite and Elite+'s. By letting players who are the age of 11 access this, would be taking a large perk away that many paid for.
Not only would this decrease the value of the two ranks, it would also be unfair to the players that have already spent so much money and for the players in the future who are not the age of 11.
/invisibility [player]

We currently do not allow potions of this nature, so I do not necessarily see where implementing a command like this would be beneficial. As stated above, it can easily be abused and used for trolling or other negative purposes. This is not an ideal addition for PartyZone.
/nox

Similarly to //wand, this is a perk given to ranked members:
/glow. By allowing players who are the age of 11 to use this command without being a ranked member is again, taking away a perk. This will decrease the value of the rank.
I do not understand the significance of the age 11, so if you could explain that, I would perhaps be more understanding (?).
Overall, I cannot find myself agreeing with the implementation of this suggestion.
The cons more than anything outweigh the pros ( I can't even think of any at this moment). -1
