This is just some random question. I don't plan on doing of any of this stuff but I was just wondering. You can apply for helper or for developer. Can you only apply for one each every 2 months ? Or you can apply for both?

In theory you could apply every two months to both, but in practice we have to manually unlock the apps for you to apply, we wouldnt let this happen
