Creative /glow for donators

You should be able to do /glow and then get a little menu where you can choose which glow colour you want (e.g If you are an Elite, you should be able to get VIP's and VIP+'s).
I'm sure others will agree (that actually have access to this command) that you should be able to glow the colour of ranks below you as you've passed already, in a way, "got" that donator rank.

Unclear what exactly you mean here- are you saying that we should open up /glow to VIPs and above? If so, I disagree. VIP is already very overperked compared to its prior rank, taking a perk from vip+ after it finally became kind of balanced wouldn’t be fair or beneficial for the ranks as of now. The other part, allowing donators to use the glow color of their precious rank? What if they’ve never had that rank before, like a helper could get the builder, hipster and insights color even though they don’t have that rank. If we restricted it to only ranks players had bought/been promoted to, that would mean someone that just bought E+ instead of going VIP, VIP+, etc wouldn’t have as many perks as the latter, which wouldn’t be fair. Overall, I’d like to see you explain the suggestion more before I vote.

Ah. I thought that VIP has access to /glow. My mistake there. I don't think VIP should get /glow because VIP is quite cheap and you know, the perfect starter rank. What I meant is that if you buy a rank you get the perks from all the ranks below, so why can't that be the case with /glow? When you buy a rank, you automatically get the perms from the ranks below (if there are any). But with /glow you can only use the one colour that comes with the rank.

It could cause some confusion, though this idea is better than just choosing any color. What would be the conditions for staff members though? Would senior mods also get the hipster color? And, how would the system tell if they had the rank (eg. if, say a moderator got promoted to an Insights team leader, they wouldn’t normally have the rank as well as it wouldn’t show through their moderator rank.

I guess it depends. You could make it custom for the staff members (depending on if they have hipster or not etc.) I'm not a good developer and I don't know what plugins are installed on the server.

It would be difficult to customize it toward every staff member where devs could be doing much better things.

If it's about only colors vip and above colors for higher tanks,

I agree with this suggestion for some reasons -

• Many of my friends do not upgrade from vip rank because they like the blue glow more then the yellow one when they'd upgrade it if we gave options to have both the colors.

• Since elites get all the perks of the lower ranks, why not also the glow in blue perk. Blue is a often loved and I'm sure alot of us would appreciate having blue also.

Yes, I agree. More people would get ELITE and higher if they had the option to choose between the blue or yellow glow (most prefer blue!). I know a few people who have not bought a higher rank just because of that one feature.

This should be implemented because -

• it can increase sales of ELITE and higher and
• ELITE+ is rather underperked so this would be a great feature

I like this idea. It will give Elite and up more perks and avoid staff impersonation.

Vip+ - Just their glow nothing tOO special
Elite - Vip+ Blue and Elite Yellow
Elite+ - Vip+ Blue, Elite Yellow, and their own Orange

I love this idea! I, as an E+ think the plain orange is boring and matches the tag with my name. I'd like to be able to use other colour tags to contrast with my name tag and to have the ( old ) PZ colours, orange and blue!
