ok so i took a screenie of a fly hacker (his name was rebunce88) but when i tried to put the images on imagur it always brought up fireworks so i was unable to report him...

can i have help please???

There's not much to help with. Videos are usually the best things for catching fly hackers, as screenshots make it unclear (fireworks, "flying" too low, etc.) All you can really do is to try and get better screenshots to report him with.
 
Next time, try and record the user hacking. Videos are much more efficient when recording hackers as they are clearer and give more sufficient proof, unlike screenshots.
