Either way you can't report them. This player was indeed hacking, however you did not give us any proof whatsoever explaining whether this was him. As much as we'd like to believe you, we just need real proof of them being the hacker, for all we know it could be me, gigosaurus, or even Arceus. If you do, however, have the proof, go to the Reporting section and report the user (don't forget the template!) and use imgur.com for the photos to be seen easier.
