Implemented Fixing The Staff Hall

I don't know if thid is for new gametype but I will say why they should fix the staff hall because most of the staff members in there even resigned or got promoted and new staff have came to the server so I say that they should fix the staff hall and place ALL of the staff members in there.

This would count as just a general suggestion ;P
I will stay neutral on this because, to me, it is really sentimental to see all the staff members that are there, even if they have resigned.
