Forums fix the report proof thing

basically when you go to report someone on the forums there's a thing saying "Upload Proof" but the thing doesn't actually let you upload it. there's no button or anything. how am i meant to upload proof if there's nothing that'll let me? and yeah i know i can change it into a link and put it in the external URL box but what if someone doesn't have time/know how to do that? i think it's pretty important this gets attention

I know it's frustrating and they should eventually add a file thing but for now just go into Imgur click upload image, hidden and copy the link.
