General Fireworks

Recently, fireworks have been disabled on MCPZ because of lag. I understand that and approve of that concept but maybe you should enable the default firework once more (the firework with no trail, the one you get from typing /give firework) . It does not cause lag and brings back a beloved elytra feature.

Maybe aswell, add a 30 second-1 minute cooldown before you can place another firework, to prevent people from spamming them. As it can be messy and would be aggravating for some players.
