I stirred from my peaceful slumber, My silk ivory sheets were rustled from where I moved in the luscious night. The walls were filled with bookcases and drawers owned by me and @Meepy <3 our room was private unless Lady or Sir Nuwve wished to enter. I turned to my side on the left facing away from the elegant green curtains that shielded by eyes from the wrathful dawn sun. The sound of a light snore came from meep's side, She was a late sleeper like usual.
I pulled myself out of the bed's hold slipping on fluffy black slippers and a cyan dressing gown I marched my way down the hall.
Lights filtered to a gold beam as the windows of the moody manor preached to lighten it up.
The maroon carpet creaked under me showing hints of decay and historical aching. The corridors were the silence in this manor or "Home" as I am meant to call it. I stop in front of the looming Oak door that seems to burden the corridor. I pushed it open with a slight grunt walking into the dining room. Moon and Hunt were already chatting with Citrine and Lady Nuwve. Book was on another table eating toast. I sat next to her on the clothed table. Grabbing a piece of toast I ate with her. She just finished and stared at me.
"What?" I asked
"My toast." She answered
"Your what?"
"MY. TOAST! YOU ATE MY LAST PIECE!"
I looked a bit gob-smacked as she yelled over toast. I didn't know what to say I can't just say I'm sorry or go I didn't see your name on it. I just sat in silence. Making that an apology. I listened to the bickering of Citrine and Lady Nuwve. "So it's true" Citrine seemed to sigh. "Yes. Sadly it is." Lady Nuwve replied in a bitter tone. I didn't realize I was starring until she caught my gaze along with Citrine. I shuffled briskly in my seat and turned around. Book gave me a confusing look and I just gave the "Don't ask don't know" Face and she nodded in response. It plagued my mind. What could they be talking about.

I spent the whole breakfast sitting down listening to Lady Nuwve. It's all I could do. It was horrible what Sir Nuwve was going to do. I sighed. Losing my appetite of crimson strawberries and cream. It was a despairing thought. How can someone think like that. Sir nuwve is twisted but..This I Just can't. Lady Nuwve seemed sadden when I pushed my plate away. I frowned to her and muttered a sorry. Before leaving the now quiet dining hall.

I sighed regretting telling Citrine.
"Please listen up you three" The children turnt to me. It's such a shame. I can change it I know
"Now as you know today is chore day." I carried on "So I'll read out who is doing what."
