Creative Extra Plots For Defaults

Only Elite+ can purchase extra plots. It defeats the purpose of being able to buy extra plots if you don't have the top rank

Focusing on the overall suggestion, I don't think it would be worth implementing. VIP is the next rank up for defaults to purchase and would give them access to three other plots (four total). The reason Elite+ can purchase plots is because there is no other higher-up rank that will give them access to anymore (aside from staff ranks). This would make VIP a useless rank to those who already have the rank. Though, if this was to be implemented I would want all ranks to have access to this feature, not just VIP. -1
