In the Build Submission Requirements, it states that staff are not accepting submissions built in Creative.My question to you is, why?

Because it is extremely difficult to separate a build from Creative into a new world and requires a large amount of resources to do. It also limits the space you can build on and is generally unnecessary. A brand new world is always better!
