CHAPTER 4: THE GINGERBREAD WOMAN

They hear a little girl laugh outside, they go to investigate only to realise... it's not laughing... its screaming and they also hear a little boy scream aswell. They all follow the sound to a window only to see a room full of candy, chocolates and doughnuts along with a really skinny man with the next gem around his neck. At that moment a lady walks in with a bright pink dress and candy bits in her hair... the lady starts talking to the skinny man before opening the huge oven and putting 2 kids inside... she then looks outside the window before walking over with an angry face, she pulls down the curtains and everyone runs into the house, searching for the room that they were in. Olivia opens one of the doors only to see a little boy crying in the corner.
She calls everyone over and they all walk in quietly. Amaryllis sits down next to him and asks him if he knows anything about what they just say. He says that shes the Gingerbread woman and she bakes little kids in her oven but he managed to escape. Jack asks if he can show them where she is and he says that he can but then he will run back to his home. They agree and he shows them... Uhrye tries to open it but she cant. The kid starts to run but she shouts "WHY CANT I OPEN IT?" And he stops and looks back. he says that they need a kid to open it. Amaryllis puts her back to the wall and starts to slide down it, she says to herself "We're never gonna escape the night". The kid feels bad for her and goes over to open it... then he runs.
They enter the room, its empty. There is a scroll on the table... Raven picks it up but out comes the gingerbread lady and the guy. The gingerbread women says to give back the scroll in a very angry tone. Amaryllis chips in with a sassy tone saying "Give us the gem"... The gingerbread women is furious.... she takes back the scroll before saying...."IF YOU WANT THIS GEM...2 PEOPLE BY VOTE MUST FIGHT FOR IT NOW GO!". They walk to the lounge and put in the cards. Allison shuffles and pulls them out

Knox wonders why he was picked put Allison pulls out the next card

Raven
Raven and Knox walk to the gingerbread lab and the Guy is standing there. They look around and all they can see are doughnuts, chocolates, Hard sweets, gummies, cakes... Every candy you can think of. He says that their first mission is to eat everything pink. They start eating away.. on seperate sides of the room... Knox finishes challenge 1 and he says that Knox's next challenge is to eat everything square. Raven finishes task 1 and starts to eat everything square... Raven finishes the square thing in an instant and the last challenge is to eat the kings cake. She starts eating and so does Knox. Raven says she feels really sick and Knox mocks her, he grabs a doughnut and says "Awe raven... i dont feel good" but Raven finishes her king cake and tells the man. The gingerbread woman walks out asking who won the challenge.... the man says "The girl".
The woman says that she hasn't made a pie out of boy before and says that Raven must have 1 bite of meat pie home baked by her oven and she can live in one piece... but Raven had a plan. Since she was the Thespian and had expeirence in theater and acting she took a bit of meat pie but put a disgusted look on her face. Knox looked in disbelief but Raven started saying that the pie was awful and disgusting and that there must be something wrong with the oven. The gingerbread woman walks inside the oven to look at it, saying to herself that the oven has never had any problems. Raven then shuts the door and heats up the oven. She then quickly asks the man for the gem and he gives it to them. Raven and Knox take the gem and and run outside through the glass doors only to be greeted by the rest of the gang.
Justin is so happy that they both survived until the sorceress appears. the starts talking in her usual evil tone "Yay very happy and wonderful that you've got the gem but you forgot the most important part.... the most important part is that someone must die". Two vampire people come out by the glass doors and everyone runs. One of them grabs Knox... Knox gets dragged inside and the door closes. Blood then gets splattered on the whole door and the sorceress says "Run along". Everyone else runs and places the gem back to where its meant to be. Until everyone starts to feel uncomfortable because....
