CHAPTER 3: A NATION DIVIDED

Until outside "BANG BANG BANG" They look and there is 2 teams of men with guns along with 2 cannons. 2 men from both sides make their way up the balcony stairs to where they are standing. Immediately Raven steps back "Hell nah honey, I'm leaving" she walks towards the front door but men with guns and swords come running in, she runs back and makes her way onto the balcony. Amaryllis notices the gem on the balcony... she goes to grab it before one of the men starts talking in a really posh english voice "Not so fast, if you want to retrieve this gem, you must fight, join me on the team Confederates and lets take down the dark army" Another man chips in who has an eyepatch "The confederates are weak, join me on the Dark army... you must find 5 pegs of your colour. Mine are red" "Mine are gold" says the first man. "Pick your sides" says Allison. Jack and Kevin volunteer to be the captains, they agree that Jack picks first
Jack: Knox
Kevin: Olivia
Jack: Raven
Kevin: Amaryllis
Jack: Uhrye
Justin is put on the Confederates by default
Confederates: Kevin, Olivia, Amaryllis and Justin
Dark army: Jack, Raven, Knox and Uhrye
They make their way down to the back garden where the pegs are hidden, the Dark army leader fires a gun and tells them to begin looking, They all run off searching everywhere, (Im not gonna write all of this because its really confusing... you wouldn't want to read it, i don't want to write it so lets skip to the next part) The dark army have found all 5 pegs and run up to the balcony to the Dark army leader... he takes the pegs and runs down to the fountain where he collects the golden flag. The Confederates come up the stairs to where everyone is... the confederate leaders says that if they want the gem, 2 people who were on the confederate team selected by vote must battle for the gem, do that then come and talk to me.
They all walk inside where Allison gets out her cards. Justin stands up... he states that he wants to battle Kevin. He says that Kevin had the biggest hand in killing Paria... and he wants revenge. Kevin starts saying that she deserved to die. Justin started to fill with anger and just said "Lets go little boy" before giving in his card... it then comes down to the reveal, Allison shuffles

Kevin and Justin walk out to the balcony with everyone following them... the confederate leader says that he has changed his mind and that they can have the gem. Justin goes to get it but he throws it behind him into the pool "JUST KIDDING" he says "Go into the pool and get the gem, winner lives... GO" Kevin and Justin run down opposite staircases... taking off their clothes to let them swim faster. Uhrye looks from the balcony and she shouts that there are about 1000 more gems in there that are fake. Justin dives in and starts feeling for the correct gem at that moment Kevin jumps in.
5 minutes pass and nothing happens. Justin gives up and scoops up a load of gems but notices that one of the gems has 'GEM' engraved on it. He holds it up and two vampire ladies come out with a big lazer gun, they aim and shoot Kevin. Kevin sinks to the bottom of the pool and Justin gets out. They walk back to the living room and Justin puts the gem in its space until they here a little girl laugh outside, they go to investigate...
