Please do not get me started on grammar schools honestly. I go to an all girls school right, and there are always these year 10s that do whatever in their power to make their skirts shorter. Like tucking in your jumper or rolling up your skirt so now there's this rule that you can't tuck in your jumper. Now, what.normal.person.would.tuck.in.their.jumper.honestly.
And can I talk about the punishment system? At my school, there are yellow cards (YCC) which are like a warning and you can get them expired and voided meaning they don't count. If you get 3 yellow cards, it's a lunchtime reflection session (basically you writing in a yellow booklet about what you did wrong at lunch with your head of Support). If you have 3 reflection sessions, a 45 minute detention after school. If you've got social media, ISOLATION HONESTLY. It's such a stupid rule. We aren't allowed to have social media or we'll get an isolation which is you can't talk to anyone, a teacher has to be with you at all times. You don't spend lunch outside but inside with a teacher and you don't go to lessons. JESUS CHRIST YOU CANT CONTROL MY SOCIAL LIFE, not that I have one but still.
Another thing, in my school, TO THE DEATH OF US, we are not allowed to take our blazers of unless we're in class and to add on, our blazers are BLACK, BLACK. It's like they want us to die honestly. DO YOU WANT ME TO DIE MISS DO YOU?!?!?!?!?!
But can we please pay our respects to those really kind or oblivious teachers in the world. Honestly, you can be late to my science teacher's class however much you want, he won't care. He has never given a yellow card except that one time the Head of year told him to.
