You should add a moo through the network emote because that would be hilarious and I would ask you to add so emotes(maybe) for some non-members, like it would be emotes that VIP ranks and up can give you some that you can use.

/meow and /bark are, I believe, for Elite and above. If this was to be implemented, it would make much more sense for /moo to be added for Elite and above too

Emotes are a perk for ranks, which means that VIP and above have access to them, so I don't believe a default should have access to a ranked perk. But that's my opinion.
