Duplicate /EMOTE TOGGLE

SUGGESTION:
/emote toggle, please these bloody minecraft players are complaining because of a command.

PURPOSE:
to stop these players from spamming "REMOVE EMOTES" "EMOTES ARE BAD" Ugh its annoying!

EASY WAY TO SAY IT:
/emote toggle would make players stop complaining and filling up chat.

EXAMPLES ABOUT /EMOTE TOGGLE:
Hmm I don't like this new update, oh there is a /toggle button! *types /emote toggle off*

You could also just do /emotes off or /emotes on, for easier terms
