Mojang EULA FAQ said:
Can I charge access to a specific part of my server, such as a minigame or world?
No, you cannot charge for any part of a server. Only the access. Once on a server, all players must have the same gameplay privileges. You may make a different server which features “premium” areas, and charge for access to that server instead, but the benefits cannot carry between servers.

Elite survival is a "premium" area. There are no benefits that carry between elite survival and the rest of the network - only cosmetic items such as your rank, which the EULA allows.

Oh, sorry, my bad. I've misread what it said...

But I'm kinda curious about what happened to another server's donator-only lounge "MVP Land" (sorry for 'advertising' btw)
It's the same as this one (I think)
and it got removed due to it violating EULA?
I'm not really sure what made it "violate EULA"

Was it another server? Or was it in the same server? If it was like a room in that server then that would violate EULA.

What do you mean?
For example
Server one is mcpz. Yet server two is elite survival. Yet for emerald's question was the server with mvp lounge on server one or server two? This might be how the EULA was violated or something else happened to make it against the EULA.

It was on server two...? I guess that was what you mean

The FAQ is annoying and easy to misinterpret. The answer contradicts itself in 2 sentences.

The EULA is saying that you cannot charge for a server. I'm interpreting this as ownership of a personal server, linked to the main server. Elite Survival is not a server where the players own it. You're charging access to the premium area, not for it.
As previously stated, there are no benefits that carry between Survival and the main server, and ES is considered a premium area.
