Not sure...you'll have to ask a staff, though I presume that you would be able to get another as it's just a certain free BuyCraft item.

Well, for Murder, you can buy your name as many times as you want, it just makes your name more frequently used. And for the Ranks, I'd presume it would give you the next available rank or some money off the next rank

You automatically get money taken off the next rank, say your were VIP, you instantly take off the amount of money you spent on VIP off of the other ranks.
Your name gets more frequently noticed and used in murder the more you enter it.
