Implemented Editing /tags

When you do /tags all the possible options

of tags pops up, and it tells you what rank you have to have, etc.
Although, it only tells you how many party points it's worth on the rank
you have access to, if that makes sense.

Suggestion
Now, my suggestion is to change that ^,
so that you can see the price of every tag, wether you have
the rank you need to get it or not. It's a small thing, but a small
thing that could be helpful and convenient.


Pros
In my case, I'm considering purchasing VIP+ for
plenty of reasons, but also because there's a few
specific tags I'm interested in. But, I'd also need to purchase
party points too, and it'd be nice knowing the amount of party points
for that specific tag I'm interested in first.


Cons
I mean, it's not super important,
seeing as you could just buy the rank and then
see the price, so in a way it's not exactly
necessary. But again, it'd be a nice
feature, and rather convenient. And you could also
ask a VIP+ personally, but still ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I do believe this is a good idea and wouldn't hurt anything. If you do need to know the price of a certain tag right now, you can locate the prices here under the tag spoiler. +1
