What is the prize for all Shinny easter eggs ?

In your Hotbar, click the Nether Star. Then go to the Redstone Comparator. This will bring you to your Gadgets. For getting all Regulars, you get the Golden Horse Armor (Egg Scrambler). For getting all Shinies, you get the Egg Scrambler and the Egg (Eggsplosive).
