why does it need my in game name to report some one?

We require people to include their in-game name in a report for various simple reasons. The most important reason is so we can verify who's reporting the player. If a player makes a false report, or a troll report, requiring people to provide some sort of identification makes our job a lot easier. If a name is not included we have to resort to more tedious methods of identifying people.
