Its been 3 months since I applied for helper, when will I get my results?

The response time normally isn't this long, but it's still a possibility. There's many factors when deciding on who to hire. These include, but are not limited to, patience, maturity, knowledge, and responsibility. Additionally, for future reference, please don't inquire about your application. It's highly likely that it will negatively effect your chances of becoming a staff member.
