Yeah my only suggestion would be to do it more and more till you feel comfy with how it looks; Like personally I love it but you "COULD" make the head straight so to speak instead of the way it's at now at the bottom right for instance if the head was uhmmm at more of an angle, Like so he's facing straight just about angles all in all, Here's what I mean:
Alright, See how the head angle at the bottom makes it so his heads straight up and still keeps the face length etc; That's all; Once you have the facial structure its just a case of adding details it's easy c: You got it.
Depends on the style you are looking for, and if you would ever be looking to sell these types of graphics. Lots of people do minecraft drawings that are professionally looking for quite cheap, so I suggest work on your game and practice a ton, but don't do the same things over and over. Try something different with every single one and find out what looks best with certain attributes until you get the perfect looking piece.
