Does Pz have Temp banns and how do i connect my Gif to my sign?

I had been thinking that does Hackers get Temp ban? And i had made Gif, but how i can connect that Gif to my signature? Please tell me that

I'm not sure about temp ban, but I know about gifs. Ok here's how :
Go to your profile and click on it, it'll bring up a whole load of options, find the one that says signature, when typing in the Sig press the picture logo with all of the other options, it should be bottom line, second across, then enter the image URL of your gif, save it and Done, you have your very own gif Sig

I checked your gif, it just says IMG :/

Hackers get a temp-ban, but this might be changed on the future.
