I know that it's been answered already but I wanted to point out that helpers are busy too. I've only been a helper for a few days and it's not as easy as it looks. I try to respond to everyone but as mentioned before it's hard when the chat is being spammed. Especially because were the ones who are expected to keep up with chat and make sure everyone is being appropriate. Just saying, helpers try to do as much as possible as well, but as previously stated, staff members get pretty busy.

I was helper on a smaller server that no-one on this knows about. Not even cutekitteen. I found it quite easy but with all the traffic on PZ it's a bit crazy for helpers
I just wanna add one thing that sometimes there isn't helpers on that much when most people are on and I know that some of the helpers have different time zones but there should be atleast on staff member on all the time not saying staff cant be doing anything else in real life but I think it would help a lot if atleast one staff member was on all the time and this probably isn't making sense because im writing this when im extremely tried and im probably gonna go to bed after this xD
People would really like this but there is not enough staff from all different time-zones to make it happen
Also we don't really know when other staff are on or not unless we log on and check.
I was just trying to aver his statement because I didn't hear about a new application.
Sometimes when people go AFK they don't state they came back, that's what I do. I just talk, it's not like I'm obligated to say okay I'm back.
So because some staff don't see every dang thing that's placed in front of them they should be held to it and ridiculed? If that's what kind of person you are then that's just a person I don't want to be around. I'd like to see you handle every issue staff go through, and they don't get to play games regularly considering how busy they get.
Whether you like it or not it's the truth. It's just your decision to accept it or not.
Remember staff are all 14+ so they have GCSEs coming up to revise for. Of what I think are called 'finals' and they can't play because they have to moderate

Untrue.
Staff work hard in every thing they do. They get messages, forums to handle, as well as in-game chat. It's really difficult for them to even answer all the question so they miss things. I've been staff before and trust me, it gets stressful. So they don't just "ignore" people, they miss things. They're humans, after all.
We're just saying that people who think the staff are gods and are awful for missing one thing is disrespectful, not you. Unless you're like that

Not too long ago I did see regular players complaining about how donators do get their msgs 'brighter', (can't think of another word), so then a fight started between the regular player and a donator (I forgot the names sorry
) but it basically started with other players' chat not being seen and acknowledged

It's not it is a good example for the conversation i believe that this is perfectly the right thing the colors just make the staff look at them not the grey colors I understand it is so people will get VIP and donate so they will get attention but not just for judging it is just harsh for staff to ignore a lot of players all at once I understand if it is too fast but if they ask you a question and you don't reply but when the VIP or donors ask they get a answer(Hope this is kinda on topic)

With the donor rank you get those perks because you help the server out.
Many other networks do the same thing with chat.
It really does not make staff "More attracted" to ask your questions at all.
We answer and help people in the order in which the question or request is received.
I assure you that we do not take donor ranks over regular.
Also, Admin's jobs are not to help people; only in situation when their permissions are needed (ex. Buy craft)
As for staff being online we try to be on as much as we can but like said in previous posts we have real lives also.
Sometimes it can get difficult trying to balance both real life and online life.
That is why it helps when you make user reports because it helps us have a bit of a better view of the server and try to remove those who do not follow the rules.

If you see it physically, not just rumors, then you should probably report it.
And actually make sure they aren't AFK or anything, like we said, they get very busy.
