Originally, this was going to be like a Hybrid vs Scientist story, but who wants that? I decided to shake it up a little bit. This is a little bit based of The Darkest Minds, aka my favorite book series. Part One is mostly the back story, which will slowly be revealed. A total of 12 people will be the "IAAN Infected", or the ones with a genetic mutation for powers. IAAN stands for Idiopathic Adolescent Acute Neurodegeneration, which is a disease that killed 98% of adolescents. This means that your character can be within the age of 6-18. The cause for powers will be revealed. I assure you. Also, the "lab" is actually a labor camp with guards that can main and kill for a mere look in their direction. Format:

Personality: Sierra is overly kind and very smart. She is a very hard-working girl and tries her best to put effort on your plate. She is quite shy in front of groups of people but when she's around her close friends, she's comfortable and can be childish at those times. Sierra takes leadership seriously and is very optimistic about her future. In her free-time, she enjoys to read lots of books and of course, draw. She has open commissions and worked as a lifeguard for a living. Sierra dislikes when people be mean to her closest friends. She always thinks outside of the box and finds strategies to make you happy or just to find a solution to a problem in general.
What They Look Like: Sierra is around 5'7-5'8 and is a weight of 92 pounds. She has thin, fluffy chocolate brown to light blonde ombré hair that goes down to her waist and has tan skin. She has chocolate brown eyes and trimmed, grown black nails. She wears a strapless crop-top with ripped jeans and white hightops, on special occasions she dresses into a long, wavy dress with a lace tank that shows her stomach, and a simple-wavy plain peach skirt. For her shoes she wears peach heels and for hair likes to put into a bun with little strands of baby hair coming out. Her athletic wear includes a cute, one-curled ponytail and a T-Shirt with shorts and if needed, a sweater. Depending on the style of clothes she wears when she exercises, she normally wears her white adidas.
Backstory (Before IAAN): Before she was forced into IAAN, she was born in Melbourne, Australia and it started off pretty great. Though, she figured, her life would go downhill. Her parents, Maria and Issac Blair kept on fighting. Her mother was so scared of Issac, because he was so abusive to her. Issac put her in court, saying that he had abused Sierra and there were fake scars showing the "marks of death". Her mother was then sentenced to jail for 5 years.
Issac, was never discovered to be so abusive to Sierra, so he then kept abusing her and abusing her. Batting, whipping, scarring. It was too much too handle for Sierra. She always would go into her room and cry.
6 months later, after her mother was in jail, she figured out that she had powers. She finally ran away from her father. She had brought a memory book, incasing happy memories from her happy past. A crystal, which she uses to put into her powers, and a rose-gold necklace, which she always wears. The middle of it is in a form of a heart and it's a picture of Rosie, her older sister which died from Pneumonia, her mother Maria, who is now in jail. And her happy normal father, Issac. In the middle was her when she was 12 years old. She cherishes all of these items, and keeps them safe.
Friends: She's open with everyone, but she doesn't really have friends.
Worst Trait: She's very insecure and is doubtful in herself, which makes her very gulliable.
Best Trait: She's very open and such a sweetheart. She's also very smart and is very good at taking leadership.

She's a bit gullible, and can put too much trust into 1 person. She likes to be around people and dislikes being alone. She can be very childish and naive if she has too much sugar.
What They Look Like: She's roughly 5"1 and weighs about 80ish pounds. She has dark brown hair which is cut short and it always all over the place. She has bright green eyes and is olive-tan skin color. She wears ripped overalls with a pink shirt underneath. The shirt has an alien on it. She wears pins on her overalls(a Ghostbusters one, and an alien one.), and she wears worn-out pink and green sneakers.

Backstory (Before IAAN): IAAN was possibly the best thing that ever happened in her life (except for one day). When she was born was possibly the worse day in her life. When she was born her mother took one look at her a threw her on the streets. Her powers kicked in at the age of 4 causing lots of devastation at the shelter homes and causing her first death. She tried to stay as isolated as she can until she made a friend but soon after found that she would kill him anyway after a while. When IAAN where hunting for people River walked herself in at the age of 12. Has been there for the rest of her time.
Friends: No one. Just that normal loner.
Worst Trait: Too Independent and refuses any help unless it's from the IAAN

What They Look Like: Dark brown midback wavy hair kept in a ponytail and side fringe. Bright silver eyes, camo hoodie (up) white t-shirt underneath, light blue ripped jeans, black convos and a dark green scarf.
Backstory (Before IAAN): IAAN was possibly the best thing that ever happened in her life (except for one day). When she was born was possibly the worse day in her life. When she was born her mother took one look at her a threw her on the streets. Her powers kicked in at the age of 4 causing lots of devastation at the shelter homes and causing her first death. She tried to stay as isolated as she can until she made a friend but soon after found that she would kill him anyway after a while. When IAAN where hunting for people River walked herself in at the age of 12. Has been there for the rest of her time.
Friends: No one. Just that normal loner.
Worst Trait: Too Independent and refuses any help unless it's from the IAAN
