I sat there, waiting, watching, it shone in the moonlight as howls arose all around me in the wind. Michael was sleeping silently below me. I then wondered why? Why was it him and not me? I stuck my head from the top bunk looking at the hole in his shoulder where the bullet would have been. It then occurred to me that Reyna had not yet returned from her trip so I texted her.
Not a single reply, I texted her three hours ago where on earth could she be? Ahh, nevermind it is Reyna she will be back for Michael no matter what - just as I was about to finish my thought my phone buzzed.
It was not Reyna. Holy -
"Get down! We know your in here show yourself!" Shouted an anonymous voice from downstairs. Micheal shot up and banged his head on the bunk above him whilst I was in the process of grabbing my belongings and opening the window.
" Michael we will have to go through the back gate are you up for it?" I asked
"Seb, I have a bullet hole in my shoulder and I and I am packing my stuff,"
" So is that-"
" Yes Seb, it is a yes."
I pulled open the window to see Renya and a gun pointed at my face.
" Seb I am sorry but I need that coin," Renya said in a sly voice; a smirk upon her face.
" Not happening," I replied. I grabbed Michael and climbed out of the window when I heard a gunfire from behind and noticed Michaels other shoulder was bleeding.
