Say they add an option (for creative) that makes it so you can set weather/time for your plot (when you walk on the plot, the weather/time automatically changes), is this possible? (I guess this counts as a suggestion )

There is a command that changes the time for just yourself. You can use /ptime <time>. If you think this would be a good idea, feel free to make a thread in the suggestions area of the forums.
