Hullo! Haven't posted in a long time so I'm gonna talk about a few things about creative...
1. Some Elite's aren't trusted. If you ask them to clear your plot or add something (like flooring) They can screw up your plot. My friend said that one Elite screwed up her plot because the Elite didn't know much commands or something and spilled lava all over her plot when he was trying to clear it. I suggest that Elite's shouldn't have WE unless they are tested somehow.
2. If you are hosting an rp, please use the rp commands that have been recently added! I've still seen many people chatting/ doing rp's in the public chat. If you don't know the rp commands here are the few basic ones: To make a rp do /rp create {the rp name} (the rp name is the name of the rp , most people do their MC username) To invite people to an rp do /rp invite {player username} Then the person that got invited, something will pop up in their chat and to join the rp, do what it says . (/rp join {rp name}) To leave an rp, do /rp leave I believe. Rp chats are still in public chats and causes spam and lots of chat msg's in the chat. You can go to guides on MCPZ forums and it will show you all of the commands.
3. YAY- we can clear plots now! You can do /plot clear to clear your plot and you dont have to ask an Elite.
4. A lot of people have been being mean , bullying other people, and making fun of them.. but I don't know how I am supposed to fix this.

Number one I don think is fair we PAYED FOR ELITE and get perks and your suggesting they take it away from some of us that is not fair at all
 
The way to fix "bullying" is to tell everyone to calm down. There is no actual bullying on creative, I guarantee.
People just need to stop causing drama. I'm not meaning to be rude, but people really need to think about what they say a bit more, because all the drama on creative is pointless misunderstandings that have gone too far.

1. If they grief, report them. Otherwise, remember that they're humans too. And humans can't be trusted. Try robots.

2. They should have an automated announcement every half an hour or so about the /RP command. That should help out a little and raise some awareness about it.

3. Wasn't there a /plotme clear command (or something of the sort) already there?

4. I'll refer you to point number 2. Robots. Of course you could report them if they go too far or you could just talk some sense into them. But who likes talking when you've got robots? Am I right? (Seriously though, if they break a rule, take a screenshot immediately)

1. Elites already bought the rank mainly for World Edit. It's easy to fix something done in WE by doing /undo and how do they go from //set block to //set lava ? But yes, be careful who you trust.

2. Yes, people are being informed of the RP command still because they haven't seen it, but I have seen a lot more people using it.

3. We've had /plotme clear and they've fixed the command because it used to cause lag/crash creative

4. That's why we're here! Report the users and help the server become a better place!

Moonlightkitty, I correct you, We do get something, but the bulk isn't for creative, the main is for murder and mini-game perks.
Perks for murder:
- Can join full/vip/in-progress game
- Has access to special hats (Go to your shop menu, click buy hats, if vip you will see hats that you can not get as regular)
- *Side donation* You can donate to add your name in the identity list (Who you are disguised as while in game)
Perks for Sky-Wars (Coming soon)
- Vips can buy special kits (Correct me if I am wrong)
I really think that is about it for the mini-games
Perks for creative
- The ability for the /hat command (Allows you to put the selected block on your head)
Global perks
- The tag
Forum Perks
- The VIP Tag
- The ability too apply for staff once hitting 25 trophy points.
If I Missed something or said something wrong correct me

- Porkapault gadget (All gadgets accessable in the cosmectic menu)
- Cannon Gadget (Shoots you straight in air)
- Colored Armour (VIP+ Has rainbow)
- Ability to fly

Elites bought the perks, They can keep it if they bought it, but //set lava shouldn't be allowed, If you know what I mean ;)
Theres some people who don't know the command, I suggest a " ! " Thing goes in creative saying " Please use our new /rp command!, It will automatically give you all the commands for it to use" or something like that so people use it
OMG PLOTME CLEAR OMG HAHGA WOO REKT Elites
If their being mean/bullying or disrespecting report them, F2 Then simply upload them to a image sharing site like www.imgur.com or tinypic.com Those work, or try to tell the bully to stop, or even grab a staff memeber if the case gets out of hand.

I cant report.. When I take screenshots I have no idea where they are in my computer's hard drive... But there must be other Staff/people on that know how to report.

Tip: Some Elite's can be trusted... but try to get to know them before you add them to your plot and let them use WE.. Today also a ELITE screwed up my plot.. GAH I had to break it :(
I think all donors should have WE but you can decide whether or not to have it... I would pick no cuz I'd probably Be sooo bad at WE I'd screw up everyone's plotxD

Try Doing this
(If you have windows)
Windows key + r| A prompt will pop up, Typing in the box "%appdata%"| Press enter| The firsst folder should be .minecraft | Open it | Find the "Screenshots" folder| Find the correct Screenshot| Upload to imgur | Use correct format|
