1. You should be able to do /p h {Player name}

2.Plot chats so like for rp my idea for this: /plotchat on| /plotchat off after disableing chat gose to normal and when its enabled the normal chat thats at the plot still works

3. Add ./nick for rps special rp signs that nick your character then a special sign that disables the rp /nick

4.Local warps like /warp spleef|/warp rp that tps you to a plot that has a command block under a pressure plate that tps you to rp plots

More ideas coming after My brain stops thinking about KFC

Agreed.

Already been suggested, will probably be added in the future.

3. Add ./nick for rps special rp signs that nick your character then a special sign that disables the rp /nick
Eh. I'm against /nick for regular players, so that's a no from me.

4.Local warps like /warp spleef|/warp rp that tps you to a plot that has a command block under a pressure plate that tps you to rp plots
There are a few warps, but we barely have any "official" things (a few buildoffs and big building projects, that's it). I think having the spleefs, skin comps and all that player-owned is better, you talk to other people more and make more friends! :)

I agree with lily and morphic.

Agree with them all!

I agree with lily because normal ranks shouldn't have to many "unfair" commands if you know what I mean.

I disagree for number 1 because of what happened before with the person giving out books that crashed users. Also number 4 because of the same scenario and possible griefing occurring. The other 2 if they were closely linked would be a good idea, however the staff members would have to be implemented into each and every plot chat.
