Okay so i've been thinking about applying for the staff team.I've met almost all the requirements but I have a question,it states in the requirements that if they think i'm good then i'll have an interview.I don't have a microphone on my computer so I don't know if a text chat would be okay for an interview or not.I also need forum points for staff,but i don't know how to get them.I've been playing on this server for several years but have never gotten a forum account so mine is pretty new.Thank you for your time.

It isn't required for you to have a microphone to have the interview- if your application is accepted. It shouldn't be a problem if you can speak loud enough to thoroughly communicate with them (via voice). As for trophy points, if you click on this link (https://mcpz.net/help/trophies) it will show you a list of how to get trophy points.
