Coding is for the developer(s). Admins do a variety of things, they could code some, but not frequently. They look at ban appeals, and make the tough decisions of yes or no, along with other admins and sometimes mods. They also fix forum bugs/glitches as well as server bugs/glitches. They also do plenty of other small things that make this server what it is.
