I've noticed that some people that are not staff have been commenting on user-reports, saying that it's a warning or mute etc. Correct me if I'm wrong, but commenting on user-reports isn't allowed unless you have more proof, right? Also mini-modding, Sophie talked about this and I sometimes still see this happening in hub, creative, and forums.
"I would never expect ____ to do this!"
Is an example of something I usually see on posts. You know, some people aren't what you think they are.
Sorry for this rant-ish, I had to let this out. If this offends you, you can blame me. :3

Most of the posts on user reports are people trying to be on the top posters leaderboards... Imo that section should be made private, it's not like non-staff need it anyway...

Yes, I do agree, a lot of Mini-modding my and I've noticed the user reports where people are commenting or maybe mini-modding so I do agree.

If it is seen Im sure mini modding is classed as a serious offence.

Here's TeamPlayer's explanation of Mini Moderating written in a post ( http://mcpz.net/index.php?threads/quality-enforcement.2510/ ) on November 25, 2014.

"Mini-Moderating is not only against the rules but can completely derail a thread because people will start arguing what is against the rules and what is not."

"Starting now the moderators are going to be more strict with deleting posts/threads and warning users who break the rules implemented to ensure forum quality. Note that warnings can pile up and lead to harsher punishments like a ban."

In other words, yes, Mini-Moderation is against the rules. I wouldn't call it a serious offense, but if you continuously have to be warned to stop, it will most definitely lead to a ban.

Totally agree and then they're like '@blah lock this thread' or 'You could've just pressed report'
